Please always mention your order number in your bank transfer, otherwise we can't connect your payment to your order, which would cause a delay in the completion of your order. With this payment method, it can take up to 3 days before we receive your payment. We will ship your order immediately after we received your payment. You ought to have made your payment within 5 business days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

 

When do I receive my refund with return shipments?

It might take 5 to 7 working days before your package reaches our warehouse. We will process the return shipment as soon as possible, at the latest 14 days after the return announcement. We wait with the repayment until we receive the product. If your return shipment has been accepted, you will receive your money (including the shipment costs if it concerns a mistake of Store55.eu) back. The return shipment costs are for your own expense (unless it concerns a production error or a mistake of Store55.eu).

Accepted returns will be refunded by the same method of payment you have used, unless you explicitly agreed with a different payment method. We will never charge any cost for the repayment. You will receive a confirmation mail from us once we have refunded the money.

  • Credit card payment: The amount will be refunded on your credit card within five working days. The bank has subsequently 30 days to deposit the money back on your account.
  • Pre-payment: within five working days, we will deposit the money back to your account.
